How does the Cirkul system work?
The Cirkul system consists of a reusable water bottle and specialized flavor cartridges called Sips. As you drink, water flows from the bottle through the Sip, where it mixes with flavor. You can adjust the flavor intensity using the built-in dial.
How long does one flavor cartridge (Sip) last?
On average, one Sip cartridge can flavor approximately six 20-ounce bottle fill-ups when set to a medium flavor intensity (setting 4 on the dial).
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the consumable nature of our flavor cartridges, we cannot accept returns on opened Sips. However, unused bottles and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Are Cirkul flavors sugar-free and calorie-free?
Most of our flavor lines, including LifeSip and FitSip, are calorie-free and contain no sugar. We use high-quality sweeteners like sucralose or stevia depending on the specific flavor profile.
Is the Cirkul bottle dishwasher safe?
Yes, the Cirkul plastic and stainless steel bottles are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing the lid to ensure the longevity of the flavor dial mechanism.
